BTC Funding Dashboard
An interactive analysis dashboard for the ongoing cost of leveraged BTC positions. It compares perpetual funding and fixed futures across exchanges, runs scenarios, and shows how topping up with BTC moves the liquidation price.
What the project does
Funding rates and futures basis often decide whether a leveraged long stays profitable even when the market direction is right. The dashboard pulls public market data from several venues, normalizes it to APR, and makes costs, regime differences, and liquidation risk interactive.
Core features
Funding & stability
- Snapshot and average APRs (7/30/90/200/365 days)
- Bull vs. bear means (rule: BTC ≥ 200-day SMA)
- Historical perp funding vs. quarterly basis
Price scenarios
- Target-price slider, horizons of 3/6/12 months
- Regime-dependent funding (target ↑ → bull rates)
- Net PnL for perp vs. future including rolls and fees
Dated futures
- Linear/inverse offerings across Binance, Bybit, OKX, Deribit, and more
- Annualized basis, tenors, liquidity notes
- Inverse vs. linear and interest rules under unified margin
